Investors have always been interested in stocks that pay dividends, but lately, low interest rates on bonds and other fixed-income investments have made solid dividend payers even more valuable. Among the most promising dividend stocks in the market is Cincinnati Financial (NASDAQ: CINF ) , and one big reason is that it is one of the few exclusive companies to make the list of Dividend Aristocrats. In order to become a member of this elite group, a company must have raised its dividend payouts to shareholders every single year for at least a quarter-century. Only a few dozen stocks manage to make the cut, and those that do tend to stay there for a long time.
Cincinnati Financial is hardly a household name, even among those who generally follow the insurance industry. But with its lines of property and casualty insurance policies, the company has managed to reward investors with more than 50 straight annual dividend increases. Let's take a closer look at Cincinnati Financial to see whether it can sustain its long streak of rewarding dividend payouts to investors.

After arecordfirst half, tobacco stocks are now starting to pull back as the high-yield sector of the market is sold-off. View Systems Inc. (OTCBB:VSYM) may not be a household name, but neither was a little company called Force Protection - which sells many of the same items as VSYM - back in 2004. Seven years later, Force Protection had grown from a $40 million company to an organization General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE:GD) was willing to pay $360 million to acquire in 2011. In many ways, View Systems is on a parallel path, and investors have good reason to be optimistic.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Dan Caplinger]
The first thing to realize about StoneMor is that arcane and flexible accounting rules make it important to dig beneath its GAAP earnings. Growth throughout the industry has been substantial, as up-and-coming Carriage Services (NYSE: CSV ) continued to stay on pace for double-digit sales growth as it rapidly expands its reach. Even well-established player Matthews International (NASDAQ: MATW ) managed to grow revenue by nearly 14% in the quarter that ended in March, although its earnings fell slightly from the year-ago quarter. Still, StoneMor's sales haven't been able to rise as quickly as its peers, with its previous report including just a 6% gain in revenue.

For the three months ended March 31, the company earned $3.31 per share compared to the consensus estimate of $3.09 per share. Like ExxonMobil, which reported yesterday, Chevron's top and bottom lines were the latest victims of falling global oil prices.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Dan Caplinger]
Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ ) has also gained ground, rising 1.7% following an upbeat earnings report of its own. The company topped estimates by $0.04 per share, as the company's prescription-drug and over-the-counter product lines performed well. J&J even managed to overcome currency headwinds to post revenue growth of 8.5%. The company still faces problems, including weakness in medical-device sales and increased exposure to products liability in the wake of recent product recalls, but the rebound in consumer medications like Tylenol shows that customers are willing to forgive J&J's past quality-control issues.

Wall Street expects Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) to report its Q3 earnings at $1.32 per share on revenue of $17.46 billion. Johnson & Johnson shares gained 0.56% to $90.30 in after-hours trading.
- [By Matt Thalman]
Two other big Dow winners came from the health-care industry as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ ) rose 2.28% and Pfizer (NYSE: PFE ) gained 2.11%. Johnson & Johnson reported earnings earlier in the week and the company beat on both the top and bottom lines, but after earnings were announced, shares closed even on Tuesday, compared to Monday's close, at $90.40. While investors surely liked the fact that estimates had been topped, they didn't seem to be thrilled with some comments by management that pricing pressure was increasing. Buta poor earnings report, an FDA warning, and weak guidance moving forward from Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) yesterdaymake Johnson & Johnson's medical device unit look stronger than ever. And that's why I believe shares of J&J moved higher today.

With regard to diabetes, it really just depends whether you're dealing with the genetic and rarer form of the disease, type 1 diabetes, or the much more common type 2 diabetes, whose onset is based on a number of factors that includes diet, activity level, and genetics. For the sake of argument -- and to take nothing away from type 1 diabetes patients, who recently had an encouraging discovery of their own -- Johnson & Johnson's (NYSE: JNJ ) new SGLT-2 inhibitor, Invokana, looks to be the next big thing in type 2 diabetes treatment. Working in the kidneys instead of the liver or pancreas, Invokana allows the body to excrete excess glucose through the urine. Better yet, Invokana has also been shown to induce weight loss (which can be a good thing since a majority of diabetics are overweight) and reduce hypertension.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Marshall Hargrave]
It appears the buyout of Lorillard (NYSE: LO ) by Reynolds American (NYSE: RAI ) is still one of the hottest topics in the M&A market. Rumors have surfaced that the two are now in "advanced" talks of a merger. Speculation first rose a couple months ago, and after the latest news, shares of both comapnies have spiked.

The FDA originally sought to prevent their importation but lost several court cases and now says so long as they're not marketed as therapeutic, they'relegal.Lorillard (NYSE: LO ) hasbecome a big e-cig manufacturer, with more than $39 million in sales and enjoying a 30% share of the market. Goldman Sachs estimates it will be a $1 billion in industry sales in a few years, which may prove too lucrative an option for Altria (NYSE: MO ) , the biggest tobacco company and one still on the e-cig sidelines. Reynolds American (NYSE: RAI ) plans to play all sides, as it will soon introduce both e-cigs and NRT gum.
